• Panelist: A registered member of the Panel

• Client: An organization commissioning research from us

3. Eligibility

• Must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration

• One account per person; duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be terminated

4. Panel Membership

• Panel membership is free of charge

• You will receive invitations to participate in surveys relevant to your profile

• Participation is voluntary, and you may opt out at any time

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure

5. Survey Participation

When participating:

• Answer honestly and to the best of your ability

• Avoid speeding, straight-lining, or providing false information

• Do not share survey content with third parties

• Do not attempt to complete the same survey more than once unless invited

6. Rewards & Incentives

• Rewards may include cash, gift cards, vouchers, loyalty points, or sweepstakes entries

• Rewards are subject to survey completion, quality checks, and any specific project rules

• Fraudulent activity will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible account termination

• Reward fulfillment timelines may vary by project and region

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms

• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

• You remain inactive for more than 12 months
